Emergency Shelter
Overnight availability at Temperatures of 25 degrees or below, or significant precipitation. Day sheltering available at Temperatures of 15 degrees or below, or significant precipitation.

Our Street Outreach team goes out into the community 20 hours a week to connect with people where they are- physically and emotionally. We meet immediate needs like food, water, and hygiene supplies while offering long term support through relationship building and access to housing possibilities.
Each Team includes a Peer Support Professional and a Licensed Social Worker.

HOPE provides Nightly shelter as part of our supportive services towards stable housing for individuals who qualify through Coordinated Entry.
We provide meals, showers, laundry, personal storage, and Case Management. Navigation Shelter resources help individuals set and reach their housing goals. When permanent housing becomes available HOPE also helps with security deposits and essentials to make move-in possible.

A safe place to park if you are living in your vehicle. Services provided are restrooms, meals, showers, security, storage, a supportive community for people and pets, with resources to help establish permanent housing. Coordinated Entry
HOPE’s services are part of a fully supportive program leading towards successful housing for those who qualify through Coordinated Entry (CE). This is a required first step in receiving services in Boulder County. The brief, 20-minute assessment, helps identify how we can support your needs, and what services will best meet them. CE is available in Longmont and Boulder.

Outreach Center
HOPE provides non-perishable lunch sacks, water, clothing, mail, health referrals, assistance locating vital documents, and securing housing. We support our clients through case management, on-site staff, and Coordinated Entry.
Located at 804 S. Lincoln Street in Longmont, and open M-W, 12-4pm on a walk-up basis.
Case Management
Our Case Managers assist with accessing resources such as:
- ID’s and Vital Documents
- Food Stamps
- Medicaid
- Harm Reduction and Substance Use treatment referrals
- Peer Support
- Sheltering
- And More.

Medical Assistance
HOPE hosts pop-up clinics for medical assistance, testing, and vaccinations regularly in addition to dental referrals, and assisting with disbursement of prescription medications.
