Your gift may qualify for the Colorado Homeless Contribution Tax Credit, which offers a nonrefundable state income tax credit for monetary or in-kind donations to approved nonprofit organizations.

Eligible donors can receive a credit equal to:

25% of the total contribution, or 30% if the contribution is made to an approved organization or project in an underserved rural county.

The credit may not exceed $100,000 per tax year.
