HOPE exists to reduce homelessness and help people rebuild stability. 

Through daily outreach, basic needs services, crisis response, sheltering, and case management, we provide the support and connection that open the door to housing.

Since 2023, HOPE has helped over 240 individuals in Longmont move into housing.
